Mexican Stone Ground Chocolate

We're honored to be les premiers place to get these special chocolates. Monsieur Craig (our CEO) tasted them at Epices De Cru's Montreal shop in 2012, and we've been working hard since then to make them available here.
Produced by one of the last remaining chocolate-making families in Oaxaca, these traditional chocolate bars are twice-ground in small batches using volcanic stone grinders. They have a compellingly soft, slightly grainy texture that packs a rustic, rich, true-cacao flavor.
Almond and Cinnamon
Almonds + Chocolate = perfection. Cinnamon + chocolate = perfection. You do le math.

Vanilla and Chile
Intense vanilla and cocoa combine with just the right dose of a regional Oaxacan chile in this perfectly balanced bar of deliciousness. Bring your favorite mole recipe to the next level.

Epices De Cru's 8 pepper blend meets its match in this fragrant, warm and peppery chocolate bar. Try grating a little into a pot of beans. Incroyable.
