Sopressata (sow-press-SAH-tah) is a classic Italian salami with clove, oregano, garlic & chili flake. In Italy, this salami has long been known to be the 'salami of the people.' We're people!
INGREDIENTS
Pork, pork fat, salt. Contains 2% or less of dextrose, garlic, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate, spices, lactic acid starter culture, water. 4.5 oz.
