Smoked Beef Jerky

Friends convinced Monty to start the company after tasting the stuff he was cooking up in his garage to satisfy his own cravings, and we're so glad they did. This humble jerky from Bird City, KS is one of the best we've ever tasted. Made with responsibly-raised, vegetarian-fed beef, the jerky is completely preservative free and 100% delicious. Eat up. 

Tenderfoot

Monty's most traditional jerky, this stuff is slightly smoky with just the right balance of salty and sweet. The lean flavor of the antibiotic-and-hormone-free beef really comes through. A terrific snack for the whole family (or maybe just for whoever gets to it first). 

INGREDIENTS: Beef, water, soy sauce, sugar, red pepper sauce, black pepper, natural smoke flavoring, salt, garlic, onion, herbs, spices. Comes in a 2 oz packet. 

Red Devil

Spicy comes from every direction – you can even see it on the jerky itself, which is positively coated in red pepper flakes and coarsely ground pepper. For the heat-lover in your life, it doesn't get any better than this.

Red Hot Sweetie 

Unlike the Red Devil, the Red Hot Sweetie brings some chili-flake heat, but offset by a subtle dose of sweetness. A great in-between option for people who like a gentle spice and lots of flavor.
