Maker Theo Foscolo puts the root back in root beer with this awesome small-batch soda. Sarsaparilla and licorice root provide the dominant notes, with a spicy undertone of anise. A combination of honey, white and brown sugar and molasses add complex sweetness. A soda worth savoring, it's also beautifully packaged in a numbered dark glass bottle sealed with red wax.
