Salchichon (sahl-CHEE-chahn) is a Spanish-style festival salami with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, black pepper, garlic & paprika. Traditionally cured on the breezy Spanish plains, this salami transports you to simpler times. Not literally, but almost.

Pork, pork fat, salt. Contains 2% or less of dextrose, garlic, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate, spices, lactic acid starter culture. water. 4.5 oz.
