Anna loves Robbie. Robbie loves Anna. Anna and Robbie love chocolate. From their Colorado base, the two lovebirds trace and create their chocolate from bean to bar. They are hands-on all the way. They focus on direct trade and on careful handling of the beans themselves so as to ensure the best possible expression of the unique flavors that different origins produce.
Costa Rica
Fruity and earthy, this bar is a delicious and special representation of Costa Rican cacao. Rich, dark and addictive.
Madagascar
Traditionally, Madagascan bars have a lot of bright fruits and berry flavors, and this is no exception. You'll notice some nutty notes as well, described more precisely by Anna and Robbie as reminiscent of roasted hazelnuts. YUM.
