Raspberry Jalapeño Jam

We can't get enough of The Jam Stand's 'why didn't I think of that' flavor pairings and clever names. This one's called Razzy Gabby & a Side of Jalapeño Jam. Freshly picked raspberries in all their glory, seeds and all, are balanced by the slightest slow-burn hotness. The jalapeno sizzle only enhances the fruit so there is no cloying tang. Instead – not too sweet, not too hot, perfect. 

What's Razzy Gabby mean? This jam is named for Sabrina and Jessica's college friend Gabriela who apparently is both spicy and sweet.

Spread some brie and Razzy Gabby on a toasted whole wheat bagel. We also love Razzy Gabby on freshly baked cornbread. Jamtastic!
