Bonnie had the old-fashioned drug store counter drink in mind when she created this unique jam recipe. It’s an almost gooey marriage of tangy lime and sweet raspberries. Your tongue reacts with a slight pucker from the refreshing lime. The flavor is bright and zingy – almost full of sunshine (ahhhh).
Try this breakfast smoothie: Mix 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 ripe banana, 2 tsp ground flax seeds, and 2 tbsp jam in a blender until smooth. At the end of the day, make a modern mojito: A spoonful of jam mixed with rum, mint, soda water and a squeeze of fresh lime juice – refreshing and unexpected.
