Mouth says...

Um, is this a cucumber? Or the world's smallest watermelon? A little bit of both. Native to Mexico and central America, these fruits grow on vines and look just like teeny-tiny watermelons, but taste like cucumbers with an extra hit of sourness.

They almost look too cute to even eat, but taste so good, that jar will be empty in no time. Lemon Bird's cucamelons are extra small-batch. There are very few jars left from this season's run, so get 'em before they're gone (or everyone in our office eats them all)!

tip of the tongue

A fab garnish for a martini or Bloody Mary. Also adds to a delicious spread of Charlitos and Olympic charcuterie.

ingredients

Mexican sour gherkin cucumbers (cucamelons), white vinegar, water, golden balsamic vinegar, hawaiian sea salt, tarragon, spices.). Comes in an 8 oz jar.
