Pickled Garlic

We love just about any pickled vegetable so when we found out about pickled GARLIC we were naturally intrigued. We assumed the flavor would be too sharp or overpowering. But Cherith Valley Gardens has brilliantly brined huge cloves of garlic to the point of complete and utter deliciousness. A little jalapeno adds just the slightest heat. Trust us, these will become your newest obsession. We want to dive into the jar all day long.

Set out in a little bowl along with your favorite appetizers. And maybe, just maybe, if you've scarfed down the whole jar, you might want to have some mints around.
