Nut Butters

Big Spoon Roasters outrageously good nut butters are handcrafted from scratch in Durham, North Carolina. Their carefully-selected nuts and wildflower honeys are sourced from local and like-minded farmers who share a dedication to authenticity and quality. Each small batch is roasted, ground, and packaged while still warm to produce nut butters that are uniquely fresh, delicious, and nutritious. But mostly delicious. 

Peanut Almond

Subtle almond flavor adds depth to old-fashioned peanutty goodness. Probably the smoothest of the three, this makes a killer PBJ for grown up and kids alike.

Peanut Cocoa

This genius blend of stone ground chocolate and peanuts will make you completely forget that ultra-processed "healthy" chocolate hazelnut spread (ahem, Nutella). Slightly crunchy with peanuts and sea salt, Big Spoons' total dedication to quality shines through in this dreamy concoction. It's our ultimate midnight snack, snuck straight from the jar.

Sweet and slightly rich, we've always felt that 100% cashew butter was good in theory but in practice, sadly, a bit much. Enter Peanut Cashew Butter! A brilliant tempering of the intensity of cashews by the addition of Big Spoon's fabulous, carefully-roasted peanuts and wildflower honey. Slather on bread with banana slices for the ultimate power lunch (and what we eat around here most days of the week).
