This is a beautiful jar of jam filled with a perfect merging – the tangy and complex flavor of ginger with the unrivaled sweetness of ripe peaches. We could dip spoons into this all day (and we do).

For an easy glaze, warm the jam with crushed red pepper, olive oil and soy sauce and brush on pork, chicken or fish before grilling and roasting. Pairs well with duck, too. And excellent served with cheese.
