These are Rick's take on mom's classic New England ‘dilly beans.’ He uses fresh dill along with cayenne for a spicy hit in this award-winning jar.
Wrap each individual bean in salami for a quick but excellent hors d'oeuvre. Throw a few in your Bloody Mary and add a little bit of the brine for extra kick. And use the leftover brine to pickle sliced carrots!
Green beans, vinegar, water, garlic, salt, dill, cayenne pepper. Comes in a 16 oz. glass jar.
