Empire Mayonnaise is the brainchild of Sam Mason, a WD-50 alum, and Elizabeth Valleau, a designer and marketer. Mason mixes up their ultra-flavored, cold-infused batches in a small walk-in nestled in the back of the company's tiny Brooklyn store front. Silky smooth and perfectly emulsified, you'll find yourself making up excuses to grab one of these jars at every meal. (And save them after they're empty – we love the graphic labels and sleek jar shape!)

Bacon Mayonnaise
Thought you were 'so over the bacon thing'? Yes, so did we. Until we met this bacon mayo. Best BLT you've ever had. In a jar. Your deviled eggs will never be the same.

INGREDIENTS: Canola oil, local egg yolks, vinegar, bacon, salt. Comes in a 4 oz jar. 

Smoked Paprika Mayonnaise 
Blindingly bright warm red, you would expect a punch-in-the-face gust of smokiness. Not so! Elegantly rich and deeply savory, this mayo would be perfectly at home atop even the lightest of fish or vegetable.

INGREDIENTS: Canola oil, local egg yolks, vinegar, smoked paprika, guar gum, xantham gum, salt. Comes in a 4 oz jar.
