Daniel Taboul makes his delicious French-style pork salami with real cured meat (it's not speed-aged type as most of the salami we're used to eating). With absolutely no preservatives, artificial ingredients, nitrates or nitrites, this artisanal dry-cured sausage is super-fresh and intensely tasty. It hits your tongue with a subtle smoky sweetness and distinct notes of celery and fennel. The flavor then moves, with smooth transitions, to savory followed by a salty finish.

Eat salami for 24 hours! For breakfast, dice and add to scrambled eggs. At lunchtime, toss into a Greek salad. At cocktail hour, arrange slices on a slate board along with tin mustard, fig almond spread and some wine biscuits. For dinner, make a thin crust pizza with fresh buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil – and thin slices of salami slices on top.
