Grown in NJ, cured and dried in Kings County's Brooklyn kitchen, this beef jerky is bold with strong, unique flavors. You will be blown away! And it's worth noting that jerky is high in protein and low in calories, so it makes an amazing low-carb snack. It's actually low in fat, because the cuts of meat Kings County uses are so lean. And we should mention the beef is 100% grass fed. Trust us, this is nothing like the jerky that you see shrink wrapped in sticks at gas stations! Just the opposite – it's a culinary treat.

We're carrying three varieties: Cracked Pepper, Korean BBQ and Sichuan Ginger. All yum. 

Cracked Pepper: Grass-fed beef, water, tamari, cider vinegar, molasses, smoked Spanish paprika, garlic, onion, thyme, black pepper, cloves. Korean Barbecue: Grass-fed beef, water, tamari, Korean red pepper paste, brown sugar, toasted sesame seeds, garlic. Sichuan Ginger: Grass-fed beef, tamari, orange juice, water, fresh ginger, brown sugar, black pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise. Each comes in a 2 oz bag.
