Hot Sauce

This hot sauce is in a category of its own, with a rich, deep flavor unlike anything you've ever tasted. The texture is a little thicker than most hot sauces.

Colleen Fancy first mixed the sauce after being invited to a vegetarian potluck in late 70's hippie Ann Arbor. It was a massive hit with her Michigan friends and for years she's been making the same sauce in small batches by hand with the highest quality ingredients.

Trust us, you will become addicted to this sauce once you try it.

The sauce obviously tastes great on french fries, burgers, fried chicken, burritos. It's also awesome in soups, salad dressings and guacamole. And even worth trying in mac 'n cheese, omelets and stir frys! You can also try a dash in your favorite summer grill marinade. Also coat roasted nuts with a mixture of Clancy's, soy sauce, and lemon juice – yum!

Ingredients

MILD: Apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, Michigan wildflower honey, fresh garlic, organic wheat-free tamari (water, organic soybeans, salt, organic alcohol), sweet peppers (paprika), boullion concentrate (hydrolyzed soya protein, molasses, vinegar, water, potassium chloride, lemon and orange juice powders, dulse, dried peppermint leaves), fresh ginger juice, cayenne peppers, cultured dextrose (a natural preservative) and citric acid. Comes in a 3.75 oz bottle.
