Sweet but not too sweet. Slightly nutty but not too nutty. We love the fig seeds.

Pair with soft or blue cheese. Top vanilla ice cream or pancakes with it. Mix into plain muffin batter. Great served with chicken, duck, game, pork and foie gras.

Dried figs, brown sugar, water, fig puree, red wine vinegar, almonds, orange juice concentrate, lemon peel, lime puree, lemon juice concentrate, dried orange peel, almond extract. 8.9 oz jar. Refrigerate after opening.
