Easy Like Sunday Morning Blueberry Preserves

MADE BY ANARCHY IN A JAR IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK

MOUTH SAYS...

The blueberries are from Maine. The Maple syrup is from Lyonsville Sugarhouse in Accord, NY. The magic is from Leana over at Anarchy In A Jar. Somehow, the 'Jamarchist' manages to pack tons of flavor into a small jar, expertly balancing sweetness with the bold flavor of tiny blue fruits.

We have to share: when Laena hand-delivers the jam to our offices, the boxes are often literally warm. Warm from still-cooling jars. Warm.

Tip of the Tongue

Preserves like these are great on crumpets, toast, scones and other breads but our favorite is a tiny dollop on our morning oatmeal.

Ingredients

Wild blueberries, maple syrup, sugar, lemon juice, all natural pectin. Comes in a 4 oz glass jar. Refrigerate after opening.
