Dill Spears

Emmy's a master at transforming simple, fresh organic vegetables and spices into the extraordinary. These perfectly-sized sliced cucumbers are expertly brined with organic vinegar and dill. Emmy also tosses in chili flakes which adds a spicy kick. 

Note: We're suckers for lovely packaging, and the simple typewritten labels make us very happy. As we make our way through spear after spear, it's nice to see the jars now filled with pencils and flowers on our desks.

Slice them thin and top a Caesar salad for unexpected heat. You could also dice and add to tuna salad. Or just eat them directly out of the jar – with a lot of water nearby!
