These cocoa nibs have an illustrious origin – they're wood smoked at Allan Benton's in Tennessee, where masterful country hams and bacon have made Mr. Benton something of a cult figure. Perfumed with smoke, they are the perfect counterbalance to the sticky sweetness of the brittle.
