This has an amazingly intense red pepper flavor, with a bit of the heat of fresh chiles. Not too spicy and not too sweet, this balanced spread goes great on almost anything savory.

Use this as a dip for shrimp or crudite. Mix into a risotto for a little added zip. Spread on a sandwich. Top a veggie omelet. Delicious with fish, shellfish, pork, chicken, lamb and beef. Or eat straight out of the jar.
Fire roasted red bell peppers, shallots, pure olive oil, chiles, garlic, cilantro, tomato paste, parsley, roasted dried red bell peppers, salt, spice, black pepper, citric acid. 7 oz jar, refrigerate after opening.
