This sweet-scented, old-fashioned pickle recipe was handed down from pickle-maker Brendan Donovan's own Nana Donovan, so you know they're legit. Translucent green kirby cucumbers are sliced in perfectly-imperfect coins, then spiced aggressively with onion, coriander, turmeric, and celery seeds. Sweetness and a pleasing herbaciousness in happy, pickle-icious harmony.

Burgers. With extra cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and lots of these puppies. Toss a few in a grilled cheese to spice things up.
