Bourbon Barrel micro brews this distinctive soy sauce using Kentucky-grown soybeans, red winter wheat and limestone-filtered spring water then ferments and ages it in re-purposed bourbon barrels for a smoky, oaky, slightly sweet flavor with a hint of bourbon.

Tip of the Tongue

Try mixing with sunflower oil for an Asian-inspired salad dressing.
