The first ingredient is actually Beer! But you don't have to drink beer with them. Although, by all means, go ahead, whether it's Brooklyn Brewery or something more basic. These delicious little crackers – slightly crunchy, slightly crumbly – are handmade and hand-cut in Long Island City.

Tip of the Tongue

They're awesome on their own. But also great with a little cheese, maybe something soft like a brie or creamy goat. Or crumble up a few to make an tasty crouton for tomato soup. Yum.
