The Redhead is a great restaurant in the East Village which serves little jars filled with this amazing sweet bacony snack. They call this brittle but to us it's really something better. Brittle can be mostly sugar, with nuts being secondary. This is more of a cruncy, sweet, savory, brittle-coated peanut.
