Bacon Jam

Want all the flavor of bacon without the hassle of actually cooking it? Let me introduce you to my dear friend bacon jam, a whole jar packed with the delectable, salty-sweet flavor of everyone's favorite breakfast meat (sorry, sausage).

Bacon turns any dish into party food. Spread a spoonful on a cracker and top with a slice of fresh fig or pear. Make inside-out bacon wrapped dates by filling each date with a spoonful of bacon jam, then baking in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Mix a few tablespoons into mashed potatoes along with some caramelized onions. Really, the possibilities are endless. 

Bacon (pork, water, salt, cane and maple sugars, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, dextrose, sodium nitrite, smoke), onion, balsamic vinegar of Modena, brown sugar (sugar, invert sugar, cane molasses), salt, soy lecithin, citrus flour, pectin, black pepper. Comes in a 7 oz jar.
